What is a Woke Fitness class?

Our group classes take place outdoors on the Trent embankment. 

We offer a combination of exercise styles to meet your fitness needs. 

Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, or just feel great, our classes have you covered with a blend of cardio, yoga, high-intensity interval training, and stretching – all with a deeper spiritual connection

 

What are the Benefits?

Current health evidence tells us we need three main things for a long and happy life.  

These are movement, a sense of purpose, and a community.

With Woke Fitness we offer all of these in one.

Not to mention the wonderful benefits of sunshine, fresh air, and 1:1 input to discuss your personal fitness and nutrition goals.

Woke fitness runs twice a week on Wednesday's and Friday's.

 

We meet at our studio at 81 Mundella Road, NG2 2EP at 6.55pm and do the short walk to the embankment together.

There’s plenty of free parking available and easy public transport access.

 

Each 90-minute class starts at 7pm and begins with a gentle warm-up and stretch.  Each session blends cardio, callisthenics, HIIT, and yoga.  

 

Finally, we finish with a cool down and friendly chat.

We recommend loose sportswear and trainers and bring a bottle of water.

 

Woke Fitness is available in a class bundle for £90 for all workout classes and 1 hour therapy either massage or reiki per month.

Option two is £50 per month for all workout classes.

Or an individual class is just £7.
