Whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain muscle, gain flexibility or just need advice on your diet, I will create you a personal exercise plan and diet plan to follow between sessions. During sessions we will be tackling the areas in which you may be slipping up, and I will ensure you fully understand how to do each exercise on your plan correctly so you can reach your full potential, as well as discussing foods and portions to ensure making the change is as easy as possible. Between sessions you can contact me anytime if you have a question or need some advice.
